4. Can i cancel my order?

Absolutely! To cancel your order, simply shoot us an email at info@thebuddhanature.com along with your order number and your cancellation request. We'll take care of it for you!

 

5. Can items be exchanged?

6. The item I received is damaged or defective!

7. What items are non-refundable?

Most everything is refundable.

Order Tracking

1. My package is marked as delivered but I did not receive it

Yep, delivery services can be a bit hasty. Wait a couple more days. If it's still playing hide and seek, drop us a line at info@thebuddhanature.com. We'll dive into the nitty-gritty, file claims with the delivery service, and make sure you're taken care of!

2. Haven’t received my order yet

Order MIA? That's wild! Shoot us a message at info@thebuddhanature.com , and we'll sort it out. We'll dig into what went wrong and might need to file a claim with the delivery service. We've got your back!

 

Shipping Questions

1. How much does shipping cost?

Standard Shipping costs 18 USD. 
 

2. How long does it take to ship my order?

Once we receive your order it usually takes 2-3days to get it ready to ship out.
Standard shipping express takes around 10-15days.

 

Payments

1.What are my payment options?

We want to make buying your favorite Buddha Nature gear online fast and easy, and accept the following payment options: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, PayPal, Gift Cards. All payment is collected via Shopify Payments.

2.Can I use multiple discount codes?

Unfortunately, only one discount code can be applied at a time. For example, if there is a Black Friday sale going on, no other discount codes can be applied on top of the existing sale promotion.
